Her career began in the Midwest before returning to Orange County, where she was raised and where she has built her business. Inspired by her father’s career in banking and mortgage lending, Andrea developed an early appreciation for real estate as both a personal and financial investment. She has worked in nearly every facet of the industry, including residential sales and leasing, brokerage ownership, property management, investor relations, and commercial real estate. She particularly enjoys working with first-time buyers, educating clients, and serving as a trusted resource long after a transaction has closed. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and calm approach, Andrea believes that listening is just as important as advising. She has spent much of her career mentoring agents and collaborating with fellow real estate professionals. Outside of real estate, Andrea embraces the Southern California lifestyle she loves. She is a 550-hour certified yoga instructor, enjoys Pilates several days a week, and has a passion for health and wellness. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll often find her painting, enjoying time near the beach or mountains, or making memories with her husband of 47 years, their children, and grandchildren.
